30-Day Return Window

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Whenever possible, please include the original packaging. All return requests should include valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or product-specific restrictions.

How to Return an Item

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the RsndvDom™ support team will provide instructions for returning your item.

In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged product, defective item, or an error on our part.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except when the return is caused by a mistake made by RsndvDom™.
